Unit Test on Thursday, May 3rd

Reminder* We are taking the unit test on Thursday, May 3rd. The completed study guide is due Tuesday, May 1st. Please make sure your student completes the study guide for class that day.

Week of April 23rd

We are almost finished with Growing, Growing, Growing. We will be working on Investigation 4 this week. We have one homework assignment this week and the students will get their study guide for the unit on Wednesday. I am planning to have the unit test on May 3rd.

Monday: Problem 4.1
    Homework: pg. 53 #2, pg. 54 #4,5 & pg. 55 #8 due Wednesday
Tuesday: Problem 4.2
Wednesday: Problem 4.3
   Homework: Study Guide due Tuesday
Thursday: Problem 4.3
Friday: NO SCHOOL

**Update**

Investigation 3 is taking a little longer than I anticipated so I am moving the quiz to Friday instead of Thursday.
We will push much of Investigation 4 to next week so I am changing Friday's homework. The new assignment will be-
pg. 43 #32 & pg. 45 #43,44,45 due on Monday

Week of April 16th

This week we are working on Investigation 3. We will have a quiz over Investigation 2 & 3 on Thursday. I gave back Investigation 1 quizzes on Friday. Several students need to make corrections. I have asked them to come in to fix their quizzes by Wednesday after school. If they have not, they will not be able to take the Investigation 2 & 3 quiz. They can come in after school Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, or before school Wednesday.

Monday: Problem 3.1/3.2
    Homework: pg. 41 #22 & pg. 42 #24-30 due Wednesday
Tuesday: Problem 3.2/3.3
Wednesday: Problem 3.3 - Possibly start 4.1 (Quiz corrections need to be completed today)
    Homework: pg. 40 #10-15 & 20,21 due Friday
Thursday: Investigation 2 & 3 Quiz (Some students will take the Investigation 1 quiz again if they have not made corrections)
Friday: Problem 4.1/4.2
    Homework: pg. 53 #2, pg. 54 #4,5 & pg. 55 #8 due Monday
Now homework is pg.43 #32 & pg.45 #43,44,45 due Monday

We are almost finished with Investigation 1 in our book, Growing, Growing, Growing. We will have a quiz this week and work through Investigation 2. On Friday, we will either finish Investigation 2 or start Investigation 3.

Missing work/corrections

All missing work and/or corrections are due by Friday, April 6th @ 3:45pm. After this date no work from before State Assessments will be accepted.

We have finished State Assessments and we are starting a new unit called Growing, Growing, Growing (GGG). We are also back to our normal routine with bellwork and homework.
